Attendees can pair gourmet food offerings with a variety of Virginia-made wines, whether freshly harvested or aged to perfection. The celebration also includes live entertainment.
Board the Pirates, Monsters, and Mermaids Halloween Cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk for some unique, family-friendly fun. Embarking from the Westside Marina, the cruise takes passengers down the historic Elizabeth River, providing prime skyline views of landmarks like Naval Station Norfolk, along with pirate-, mermaid-, and monster-themed entertainment on board.
